Wow, can you believe it's been 5 years since I last posted in this blog.
This Google blog is one of many that I have in this blogger account and also other accounts. I started blogging in blogspot and now use WordPress for my main blogs.
I have forgotten how valuable these blogs can be on the search engines like Google, Bing & Yahoo.

Just completed 100 jumping jacks on my Urban rebounder. Immediately I counted to 100 and did high knees sprints.
This short exercise routine will get your heart rate up quickly.
I then got on my NordicTrack mini stepper and while stepping did 60 straight curls with the bungy cords that are attached to the stepper.
These 60 curls were followed by another 60 curls at a different angle.
I then did 15 push ups and 15 push up jacks followed by another 10 of each.
